Delivery Information

Meeting your deadline. We guarantee delivery by your agreed deadline, as long as your written order confirmation, correct artwork and approvals are finalised on time.

Express delivery. An express 24 to 48 hour service is available on selected promotional items. The time is counted from when your print-ready artwork is approved.

Check your goods on arrival. Please inspect all delivered goods, including any signage parts, before installing or setting anything up.

Reporting a problem. Any discrepancies, faults or damage must be reported to us in writing, as a Rejection Notice, within 5 working days of delivery. Email [email protected].

Responsibility for the goods. Responsibility for loss or damage passes to you as soon as the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.

Ownership. The goods remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full.
